Refund policy
Our Refund & Returns policy will vary depending on the brand. Please see below for each brand's refund and return's policy.

Return rules: these apply for all returns
- Returns accepted for 14 days after delivery.
- Customers must provide return shipping.
- Customers may be charged a restocking fee - restocking fee will vary depending on the brand.
Gedore: Customer must provide return shipping + 21% restocking fee. If item is a non stocked item it will not be returnable.
Evolution: Some item's will be non-returnable. Customers must provide return shipping unless it was a mistake on our part. All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with relevent packing slip/invoice.
Short delivery or damaged goods: All claims for short deliveries or damaged goods should be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Full invoice or packing slip will be required.
Knipex: Customer must provide return shipping (unless we have have made the error) +15% restocking fee.
Wera: Customer must provide return shipping (unless we have have made the error) +15% restocking fee.
T&E: Customer must provide return shipping (unless we have have made the error) +15% restocking fee.
Teng Tools: Goods must be returned at the buyer's cost within 14 working days of delivery accompanied with a copy of the delivery docket number.
Goods must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Customers may be charged up to a 15% handling fee.
The buyer must return any defective goods at their own cost.
The buyer must make claims for short deliveries or damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery and must quote the date of delivery and the delivery docket number.
Claims made for damage or loss in transit must be made to the courier. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours. Contact us for a damaged freight form.

Abbot & Ashby: Except for faulty or defective items supplied by the Company, the Company does not accept returns.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind purchases, goods that are no
longer required, customer cancellations etc.
Should the customer wish to return goods, written approval must be sought and provided prior to any goods being returned.
Any return is approved solely at the discretion of the Company and in addition to the below requirements:
The purchaser must notify within 3 days of the receipt of the goods of its desire to return the goods, clearly outlining the reason for the request. We will specify where to return the goods to.
The purchaser accepts all risk / responsibility for the return of the goods, and for the condition in which the goods will be returned.
The goods must be returned as new. In an unused condition, in the original
undamaged packaging. Any goods returned in a used, unsaleable condition
will be rejected, and returned to the purchaser at their cost. Any repackaging
required will incur an additional $25 repacking fee to cover packaging
materials etc.
All returned goods are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $45 or 20%
of the invoice value of the goods.
Montezuma: Customer must provide return shipping (unless we have have made the error) +15% restocking fee.
Koken: Returns accepted for 14 days after payment and items must be unused and in a saleable condition. Customer provides return shipping, if items are still in good condition no restocking fees will be applied.
Toptul: All returns must be packaged in the original packaging, unused and unopened. Products will not be accepted for return if they have been opened or used, customer will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or $50. Please note - that we will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind. Ensure that you choose your products carefully and make sure that they are compatible with your requirements.
Facom: All returns must be packaged in the original packaging, unused and unopened.
