All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and any warranty terms, conditions, or timeframes are based on the manufacturer’s specifications.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. Coverage and duration may vary between brands and products.
If a product is approved as faulty under warranty, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the manufacturer’s discretion.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The manufacturer’s warranty may not apply if the product:

- Has been used incorrectly, abused, or damaged due to accident or neglect
- Shows signs of normal wear and tear consistent with regular use

Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to: using accessories not designed for the product, excessive force, lack of maintenance, or exposure to chemicals or environments not suited for the tool.
Warranty Claims Process
If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact us with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the fault
Once submitted, we will assess the claim and advise next steps. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection before a decision is made.
